Can felt be washed?
Handmade felt is not suitable for washing, soaking, or machine washing. If there are stains, we recommend spot cleaning gently without wetting large areas.

Is felt suitable for humid environments?
Not recommended. Humidity can cause the fibers to absorb moisture and become soft, affecting the shape. Please keep it dry and well-ventilated.

What if the felt has an odor?
Natural wool may have a slight smell after being stored in a sealed environment. Simply leave it in a ventilated area for 24–48 hours, and the odor will dissipate.

Will felt deform?
Felt may slightly deform under pressure or in humid conditions. You can gently reshape the outline by hand or leave it in a ventilated area for natural recovery.

Will felt fade?
Under normal use, felt does not fade easily. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may lighten the color, so please avoid direct sunlight.

Are felt products completely handmade?
Felt pieces are handmade, so slight variations in shape and detail from one piece to another are normal.

How long does order processing take?
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Can I change the shipping address?
The address can be changed before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed. Please make sure to confirm the address before placing the order.

How do I request a return?
