Where We Deliver

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

Order Handling and Delivery Time

 All felt products are handmade and prepared individually before dispatch.

Processing takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

Delivery usually requires 4–9 business days after shipment.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UTC+08:00) China Standard Time on business days are processed the same day; later orders begin processing the next business day.

Tracking Information  

Customers receive an email confirmation once the order has shipped, including a tracking number and link.

Shipments are handled by UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Tracking can be done directly on the carrier’s website.

Address Details and Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout.

Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.

If you need to update your information urgently, contact us immediately. We will assist if the order has not yet entered processing.

Taxes and Duties

Prices shown on our website are final. No additional taxes or duties will be added at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

If the package is still missing, notify us within 3 days of the recorded delivery date. We will help file a claim with the carrier.

Please note: Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for coverage. Carrier verification is required for all claims. Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery times may be affected by severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events. If a significant delay occurs, we will inform you by email.
